認真聽講是一種能力 能力就像肌肉一樣需要訓練。而培養的方式就是在中汽同盟的每一個課堂上，要求自己認真聽老師講課。 當你認真地成為一種習慣時，你會享受到這種高質量行動的好處，比如專注的能力，進入靜態的能力，這些能力將伴隨你一生。如果在大學裏持續散漫形成習慣，就會發現在後續工作以及學習中，很難讓自己專注。於是即使到關鍵時刻，你的弦也是繃不起來的，於是你基本上就是一個廢人了，因為要你上的時候，你不行。

課程講得不好不能成為不聽講的理由，大學裏面可能有通識課或者專業課，老師的水平可能也會有高低，於是現在流行的觀點大概是，這個老師很水我就不聽講，這個課太爛我不聽，大不了自己看。但問題來了，相信老師的整體水平還是優於學生的，所以當一個學生說老師講得爛的時候，學生應該要能說出來具體哪裏爛，而且能指出明確的點以及可改進的方案的。

但是現在更多數的情況，學生只是用"這課很渣”，作為"我不聽課”的理由。一定要記住，你在平時放的水，最後一定會流到你的腦子裏的。其實我是不相信一個認為老師沒水平的大學生，水平要高過老師的。老師站台講台上，你就要好好聽講。 中汽同盟汽修網絡學院專治各種不服的地方，如果你能駕馭得住因為自己的無知產生的腎上腺素，而且能從老師的課堂中吸收到東西，那即使你在工作中，遇到一個你自以為很爛的領導，你也會可以工作中迅速成長。
